I created GRACEWORKS after 20+ years of working with brilliant, successful leaders in tech and consulting who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained, despite having worked extremely hard and achieved all the markers of outward success.

You’ll learn the GRACE Framework® — a practical, embodied methodology for shifting from stress-fuelled reactivity to responsive leadership. We break down how everyday habits of over-functioning, people-pleasing, or self-censoring show up and how to begin shifting them.Apply: How do I lead with renewed presence and power?
We translate theory into daily practice by teaching micro-skills including breath-centred pauses, centring techniques, embodied language choices, and reflective journaling.
You’ll learn how to hold steady in the storm and lead from your calm centre instead of reacting from survival instincts, even when others around you aren’t.
RESULT: You feel more in control of your energy, boundaries, and decision-making, which deepens and strengthens trust with your colleagues, teams, and clients because you show up consistently and coherently to lead and deliver with ease when others don’t.

The culture is grinding you down, and you can’t unplug from it long enough to recover
You’ve earned your reputation by performing, navigating politics, and always being “on”. But the cost is high.

Together, we map out the path forward. This includes identifying experiments, designing safe-to-try actions, and spotting saboteur voices or inner critics that might derail progress.
You'll leave with a clear plan that strikes a balance between boldness and realism, enabling you to lead with greater clarity and conviction in uncertain or high-stakes environments.
Integrate: How do I stay on track?
You'll build rituals for reflection and alignment, connect with an accountability peer from the group, and access tools to sustain momentum. This isn't about pushing harder; it's about returning to the centre more often, so you can course-correct quickly when life pulls you off track, with self-trust, not self-judgment.
RESULT: You move from juggling knives to conducting the orchestra. Things are still complex and demanding, but now you're centred, in your rhythm, and in control.
