Our desire to create is one of our deepest human needs and is on a psychological par with the physical needs of food and shelter.
It's fundamental to our human experience and something that we all have a longing for and are all capable of.

Creating requires us to surrender to intuition and to have the courage to make mistakes and silence the voices of our inner critics and saboteurs.
Inviting intuition into the creative process often enables the best ideas to emerge from an internal sense rather than from rational analysis.

access the innate agency and resources already present within us
open up to our intuition, to listen to and follow it
complete our work from a flow state

open ourselves up to fully expressing who we are without fear of judgement
